How It Works
Step One: Apply
Email sales@balalah.com with:
- Your name and contact information
- Your website or social-media links
- A short description of your audience
- How you plan to promote Balalah products
Step Two: Receive Your Promo Code
Once approved, you will receive a unique promotional code and written confirmation of:
- Your commission rate
- The customer discount, if applicable
- Eligible products
- Approved promotional channels
- Payment terms
Step Three: Share Your Code
Share your code through your website, blog, social-media account, video content, email newsletter or another approved channel.
Customers must enter your code at checkout for an eligible purchase to be attributed to you.
Step Four: Earn Commission
We review purchases made using your code. Commission is calculated on eligible completed orders after fulfillment and the applicable return or cancellation period.

Affiliate Program FAQs
What is the Balalah affiliate program?
The program allows approved partners to earn commission by referring new customers to Balalah Mobility Aid Solutions. Customers use the affiliate’s unique promotional code when placing an eligible order.
Who can apply?
We welcome applications from:
- Caregiver and senior-living content creators
- Accessibility advocates
- Mobility and independent-living bloggers
- Healthcare and rehabilitation professionals where permitted
- YouTube and social-media creators
- Relevant publishers, organizations and businesses
Applications are reviewed individually to ensure that the partner and audience are a suitable match.
How are referred orders tracked?
We currently track referrals manually using the unique promotional code entered during checkout. We do not currently use tracking cookies or an affiliate dashboard.
Orders placed without the assigned code may not be attributed automatically.
When is commission paid?
Commission becomes eligible after the order has been paid, fulfilled and passed the applicable return or cancellation period.
Canceled, refunded, fraudulent or returned orders do not qualify for commission.
How is commission calculated?
Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, commission is calculated using the eligible product subtotal after discounts. Taxes, shipping charges, canceled orders, refunds and returns are excluded.
Can I request a custom code?
Yes. Approved affiliates may request a suitable custom promotional code, subject to availability and approval.
Do I need to own a Balalah product?
Not always. However, partners must describe products accurately and must not claim personal experience they do not have.
Are medical claims permitted?
No. Affiliates must not make unsupported medical, therapeutic or guaranteed-outcome claims. Product capabilities, specifications and intended uses must be represented accurately.
Can affiliates run paid advertisements?
Affiliates may not bid on Balalah’s business name, trademarks or branded search terms without written approval. Affiliates must not impersonate Balalah or create misleading advertisements.
Do affiliates need to disclose their relationship?
Yes. Affiliates must clearly disclose that they may earn commission from qualifying purchases, in accordance with applicable advertising and consumer-protection requirements.
