Everything came wrapped nicely with a lot of packaging. It took me about 20 minutes to put it together. It really isn't that difficult to assemble. The scooter comes with a little basket, two batteries, a charger, and a slot that holds the second battery. The scooter goes really fast, much faster than I was expecting. Watch out for testing this around the house. It does not turn on a dime, you need a bit of room to maneuver. I ran into my fridge, luckily, you can't really see the dent I put in the door. The scooter is easy to fold, but taking the seat off helps make it much more compact. Overall, this is an excellent, lightweight scooter that my elderly mother has begun getting a lot of use out of since she usually depends on a walker.

I got this mobility scooter for an elderly relative that lives with us. She recently suffered a fall and has a difficult time gettng around. I thought this would be a nice way to keep her independence and give her some mobility she has lost. I will admit, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. The scooter came very well packaged, and we were extremely impressed with the care taken with the packing. It was easy to unpack and very simple to assemble.The scooter came folded, nearly completely assembled. All we needed to do was add two wheels, unfold the scooter, add the seat, and a few additional touches. Then charge and add the battery. It came with two batteries and a charger. What more do you need? Truly an amazing product.Then of course I had to take it for a test drive. The scooter maneuvered, accelerated and slowed down well and drove smoothly. Truly a great little machine. Of course for someone with mobility issues it will take some time to get used to using it, but that will be part of the fun. We even got it in orange, her favorite color. Simply Wonderful!

I don't know where to begin with this amazing Foldable Aluminum Pro Mobility Scooter! This arrived the next day, so shipping speed is A+. The person handling this package followed my directions and called me when he tried to leave the package out to make sure I know it arrived(this wasn't requested but the person went above and beyond because this is a special item), and he left it as per my notes, that's another A+. The package has a very extremely sturdy box, the cardboard is heavy duty and almost unbendable to protect the item during shipping process, which it did perfectly upon arrival. A+.Upon opening the box, the components are nicely wrapped, easy to understand how to install, and instruction manual was included with pictures and easy to understand instructions. The scooter is already half assembled because it is a foldable scooter, and I only had to install the seat, the basket, and the battery, and the wheels. The fact that this came with an extra battery and the charger is definitely an A+ because we need to have two batteries for interchanging between uses. This is very thoughtful of the manufacturer to include 2 batteries instead of just 1!The design of this mobility scooter is very sleek design and very likable. It does not feel like one of those old people scooter where you kind of feel old when you sit on it. This scooter feels kind of playful and young. It does not have seat handles on the sides, making it easy to get on and off the scooter, and it is foldable, so the seat just flips down when you want to put it in your trunk with no hassle. The battery compartment is very tiny compared to other brands, and it is very easy to snap the battery into place for a few hours of ride.The suspension of this scooter is very good. It rides so smoothly you don't feel any obvious bumps when in use. The battery power will show on one of the panels on the handle bar so you will know exactly when you need to change your battery. The basket is very deep and you can put many things in there without a problem. It holds to the handle bar really well. This scooter can go forward AND reverse. Amazing!It says that it can withhold weight up to 330 lbs. So far for my trial, it is more than enough. No one in my family weights that much, and we feel the ride is smooth as can be, and easy to use, easy to put away, best of all, it saves someone's aching knees from needing to walk the distance. The receiver of this item is so happy and delighted that it made their day. This item definitely deserves 5 stars, and I highly recommend it.
